Return & Cancellation Policy

In case of any manufacturing, packaging defect or dissatisfaction, the distributor can return back or exchange the product. The customers/Distributors must contact the Distributor/Company from who they had purchased the product, within 30 days from the date of purchase. They have to provide a valid reason for with the return of the said product/s. In case the customer returns the product as it is basis i.e., without breaking the seal of the product, it is the distributor's obligation to satisfy the customer's need for money refund or replacement of products. The Consumer will however get a full refund of the product returned.

The distributor shall then return back the product/s as it is basis i.e., without breaking the seal of the product which is lying with him within 30 days from the date of taking the products from the company with original Invoice. Moreover, all incentives/commission /bonus which have been disbursed on those products are also to be returned to the management along with the goods within the above stipulated period.

Buy Back policy:

In case any distributor wishes to resign from his/her distributorship and return any Pueraria Ayurveda product then the company provides a Buy Back Policy. Products that are in good condition, resalable, usable, unopened and unaltered and must have a shelf-life of at least six months shall come under buy back policy.

If the Distributor resigns from his/her distributorship after the expiry of 30 days from the date of purchase of products from company, the amount to be refunded will be equal to distributor's cost of the products being returned, less total all incentives/commission /bonus paid out by the Company on the original purchase.

If the Distributor resigns within 30 days from the purchase of the products, the company shall provide a full refund to the Distributor for the products refunded.

The Buy Back policy is designed to impose upon the sponsor and the Company the obligation to ensure that the distributor is buying products wisely.

Cooling Off:

A new Distributor can choose to terminate his / her Contract and exit from the Pueraria business during the first 90 days of Joining. He/she will be able to return all the Products and material (purchased from Pueraria) and will get full refund as per product return and refund policy. The period of these 90 days shall bear the meaning of cooling off period.

Product return process:

The distributor must fill up the Product Return Form along with Copy of Invoice and Products to be returned.

The customers must contact the Distributor/Company from whom they had purchased the product, fill up and submit the Product Return Form along with a Copy of Invoice and Products to be returned. Consumer must submit his / her bank details to get a refund of the value of the product refunded or the Company will issue a cheque in favor of the consumer in the Name provided in Invoice copy. No cash refund will be given.

Period for return of product is calculated on the number of days from the delivery date of product to the date of refund at the Pueraria Head Office or Pueraria service point.

Total return shall never exceed the quantity appearing in the invoice.
