Key ingredients:

Apang Mul Khar: It keeps the bowels clean and balances kapha and vata doshas that are responsible for inducing constipation and other symptomatic problems which can result in these conditions.

Haritaki: The carminative nature of the fruit helps in breaking down the food particles in the stomach and intestine, enhances the secretion of the digestive juices and thereby increases the absorption of essential nutrients through the intestines. It helps to eliminate abdominal gas and in turn reduces abdominal distension, bloating and gaseous cramps.

Swet Til: Consume of Swet Til regularly reduces the dryness in the intestines, while the oil provides lubrication and improves bowel movements.

Jamani: It is helpful in curing piles due to its property of instant relief from acidity and indigestion which is the key reason of piles problems.
