Eligibility to become a Distributor

• Persons who age 18 years and above they can apply to be a Distributor of this company
• Husbands and wife can not have their own individual conservatism in the same group.
• The application must be sponsored by a pre-existing Distributor.
• Distributor & Consumer ID is not transferable under any circumstances.
• The company reserves the right to accept or reject an application.

TO BECOME AN PUERARIA BUSINESS PROMOTER

I/We here by verify that I/We have requested the above mentioned change in respect my/ our distributorship and agree to remain bound by the Pueraria Ayurveda Distributorship agreement as amended from time. I/We understand that the information change will be effective only after receipt of this form and supporting documents by Pueraria Ayurveda .

Any amount payable to the distributor as Commission / Bonus, and any other payment by the company is inclusive of all taxes, by whatever name called, including GST, Income Tax, and other taxes. These taxes are payable by the distributor as and when they are required to be paid as per prevailing laws.

RULES AND REGULATION

• Pueraria Ayurveda Private Limited, Reserves the right to accept or reject any application of the applicant without assigning any reason or reasons.
• Each applicant should be at list 18 years of age at the time of application, to become a Distributor of Pueraria organization.
• By signing this form, the distributor acknowledges that he/she has thoroughly read and complies with the terms and condition mentioned in the Company's BUSINESS PLAN/POLICY.
• Company management have the right to change the business plan/policy at time or any moment, if requires.
• Husband and wife, desires of becoming Distributors have to be treated under a single membership. If the spouse is already a Distributor, then the other must join as a part of the same business as a membership.
• The distributor who joins the Company must do business of at least one purchase (Products only) within 30 days of joining for his/her ID to be valid. If the same is not done, the ID of the distributor will be treated as Invalid after 30 days period.
• Signing of this form is in no way makes you an employee or agent of the company.
• This form is an application and an agreement to appoint an individual as a self-employed Distributor for the sale of pueraria product/products.
• The distributors/consumer will return back the Materials as it is basis ie (Without breaking the seal of the product and which is lying with him) within 30 days from the date of taking the materials from the company. Moreover, all Commission / Bonus which he or she has taken for those materials/goods that also to be backed to the Head Office / or Pueraria Ayurveda Pick Up point (which is convenient) along with the goods within that stipulated period which is mention in above lines. It is mandatory on the part of the Distributor and Pick up Point to received the Goods and cannot be refused as per Rules and Regulations . If they refused then they had to give proper cause of return in writing and this return statement is to be examined by the expert committee of the Head Office and their decision is final.
• In case of distributor's death his/her business is transferable to his /her spouse or his/ her legal heirs.
• The distributor ID will be inactive if the distributor doesn't purchase the products of 1000 BV for 6th Months. It will be reactivate, whenever the distributor will purchase the product of 1500 BV by further periods of 6th Months i.e. the maximum time limit to continue as a distributor.
• The distributor ship was terminated if the distributor was not involved directly with the company last twelve Months with the business of the company / management. This is the object and standard policies of the management.
• In the above cases the distributor will be required to submit his / her claims within one month if any dues of the distributors. Thereafter no claim will be entertained. The claims will be settled as per company's policy.
• The limitation period of claiming any amount due to the distributor shall be made within 1 year to the Pueraria Ayurveda. No claims after that period of 1 year, from the due date shall be entertained by Pueraria management.
• A distributor who does not adhere to these rules then management can issued so cause notice to the distributor or suspend, or terminated from the membership, or cancelled the distributor ID by the management.
• The Registration is non - transferable and non - refundable.
• In case of any dispute, default or complaint, company's decision will be final.
• Demand Draft should be in favour of Pueraria Ayurveda Private Limited, payable at Kolkata. Cheques are not acceptable.
• Administrative charges of 1% will be deducted from the distributor income.
• A sum of one percentage of Distributors income will be deducted and transferred to welfare fund created for the welfare of the distributors.
• Minimum purchase of 250 BV every month (To get monthly voucher).
• If your monthly Commission / Bonus is below Rs. 100/-, then we will issue a product voucher against your Commission / Bonus amount.
• Distributor/ distributors have no right to file a suit against the management of the company, if they have any complains or disputes against the decision of the management they have to place the matter first before the ARBITATOR for settlement of disputes or complains.
• If any grievance arises out of decision of the ARBITATOR the distributor has/have right to file a suit against the decision of ARBITATOR to the jurisdiction of Kolkata only.
